Product Purchases:

1. Product Descriptions: Luxiya makes every effort to accurately display the colors, sizes, and descriptions of products on the Site. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of colors will accurately reflect the colors of the products.
2. Pricing and Availability: All prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupee and are subject to change without notice. Luxiya reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without liability to you.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rajnagar P.S, Birbhum, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by arbitration conducted in Rajnagar P.S, Birbhum in accordance with the rules of the Indian Civil Court . The language of the arbitration shall be English.

Changes to these Terms:

Luxiya reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
